Use of WildTraqr

WildTraqr provides community-powered wildlife information for awareness. It is not an emergency service, official agency warning system, or substitute for local wildlife authorities.

Submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, photos, and videos you submit. Do not trespass, harass wildlife, reveal sensitive private locations, or submit content you do not have the right to share.

Safety

Wildlife can be unpredictable. Keep distance, follow local laws, and contact qualified authorities for urgent or dangerous situations.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for activity under your account. WildTraqr may remove content or restrict access for abuse, false reports, or unsafe behavior.

Data Accuracy

Reports may be user-submitted, source-backed, approximate, duplicated, delayed, or incorrect. Use WildTraqr as an awareness tool, not a guarantee of wildlife presence or absence.

Limitation

WildTraqr is provided as-is without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WildTraqr is not liable for decisions, incidents, or losses resulting from use of the site.
